ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS OF SERVICE
**THE FOLLOWING TERMS OF USE ("TERMS") APPLY TO YOUR UTILIZATION OF THE WEBSITES OF VOID GAMING NETWORK AND ITS AFFILIATES (“WE” “US” OR “OUR”), INCLUDING ANY CONTENT, FUNCTIONALITY, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES OFFERED ON OR THROUGH SUCH WEBSITES (COLLECTIVELY, THE “WEBSITE”), WHETHER AS A GUEST OR A REGISTERED USER. THESE TERMS ALSO APPLY TO YOUR UTILIZATION OF OTHER VOID GAMING NETWORK SERVICES THAT DISPLAY OR INCLUDE THESE TERMS ("ADDITIONAL SERVICES"”). IN THESE TERMS, THE WEBSITE AND ADDITIONAL SERVICES ARE COLLECTIVELY REFERRED TO AS THE "SERVICES." PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU COMMENCE TO USE THE SERVICES. BY UTILIZING THE SERVICES, YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND AND ABIDE BY THESE TERMS OF SERVICE. IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO CONSENT TO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, YOU MUST NOT UTILIZE THE SERVICES. IN PARTICULAR, WE WISH TO HIGHLIGHT SOME IMPORTANT TERMS, POLICIES, AND PROCEDURES IN THESE TERMS. BY ACCEPTING THESE TERMS:

CHANGES TO THE TERMS OF SERVICE
We may revise these Terms periodically; you should check this page frequently to take notice of any modifications. Your continued utilization of the Services following the posting of revised Terms signifies that you accept and agree to the changes.
I - ACCOUNT INFORMATION
1.1. How many accounts am I permitted to possess?
You can have as many Void Gaming Network accounts as you desire, but you can only log in to a maximum of 3 accounts simultaneously. If you log in to more than 3 accounts, you may encounter limitations on in-game activities. Please don't forget to review the in-game regulations.
1.2. Can I distribute or vend my account or login credentials?
As stated in the Game Regulations, it's prohibited to sell or distribute your account to someone else.
II - ACCOUNT TERMINATION
2.1. How can my account be suspended or terminated?
You can suspend your account at any time by contacting us through our support.
Us. We may terminate or suspend your account without notice to you if we reasonably determine, that:
you have violated any part of these Terms (including all rules);
we have ceased to offer our services in your region;
you have failed to remit any fees you owe us or we have to reimburse someone due to unauthorized use of payment made from your account;
you have made unauthorized use of someone else's payment information.
We can make such determinations, with the assistance of automated systems or by using other methods that we believe are suitable. If you believe that we have made an error, please Contact Us through our support with details and we will review your case, although we may suspend your account during our review.
2.2. What occurs if Void Gaming Network terminates my account?
If your account is terminated, you no longer have access to it, including any of the linked data or Virtual Content (including Game Currency). If we terminate it for a legitimate reason (e.g., you have breached these Terms):
you will not be entitled to any refunds
we reserve the right to terminate any other accounts you may have created as well as your access to any other Void Gaming Network services.
III - VIRTUAL GOODS, GAME CURRENCY AND PURCHASES
3.1. What is Virtual Content?
When using Void Gaming Network services, we may offer you opportunities to acquire a limited permit to access virtual items such as items ("Virtual Goods") and in-game currency ("Game Currency") associated with your account (collectively, "Virtual Content")
3.2. How do I obtain this "Virtual Content"
We provide you various methods to acquire Game Currency or Virtual Content, including:
buying it (e.g., via credit card, cryptocurrency)
earning it (by accomplishing game missions or certain tasks)
receiving it (from other players, from events, etc.)
3.3. Do I "possess" the virtual content I unlock?
You have no possession or other property interest in any of the Virtual Content you unlock, irrespective of how you obtained it. Virtual Content has no monetary value. You can’t transfer (unless we allow it in the functionality of the Void Gaming Network Services) or redeem Virtual Content for any kind of “real-world” money. You can’t obtain any reimbursements for purchasing Virtual Content, except as expressly authorized by us. When you receive Virtual Content from us, what we are essentially granting you is a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable, limited right and license to use that Virtual Content solely in connection with your utilization of the relevant Void Gaming Network services.
You acknowledge and accept that you shall have no ownership or other property interest in your account. All rights in and to your account are and shall perpetually be owned by Void Gaming Network. You further acknowledge and accept that you have no title, ownership, or other proprietary interest in any Virtual Content, regardless of any consideration offered or paid in exchange.
3.4. Will my Virtual Content always be accessible?
In an effort to continually enhance our services, we have the right to erase, modify, relocate, remove, repackage, reprice, or transfer any and all Game Content, including Virtual Content, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notifying you, and with no liability of any kind to you. For instance, your Virtual Goods may evolve over time to improve Void Gaming Network services. If we opt to entirely eliminate some Virtual Goods that you recently acquired, we will furnish you with a replacement. We will never erase your Game Currency without notice (such as notifications through DMs, Forum, or Discord) unless your account is terminated by us (see II- ACCOUNT TERMINATION). We may occasionally adjust the purchasing power of Game Currency (i.e., increasing or decreasing the price of a Virtual Good such as shop items). If we intend to make changes that will substantially impact your Game Currency in an adverse manner, you will be informed. We don't provide any guarantee, and explicitly disclaim, any value, cash, or otherwise, attributed to any data residing on servers we operate or control, including any Game Content or Virtual Content attributed to your account. If we permit the sale or transfer of access to some Game Content or Virtual Content, it may only be conducted via services approved by us.
No right to cancel
When you place an order for digital content, you will be asked to tick a box to confirm that you consent for the download of the digital content to start immediately after you place your order by clicking the ‘Buy now’, ‘Pay now’ button and that you acknowledge that this means you lose your right to cancel.
This means that you do not have the right to cancel this contract once the automatic download of the digital content starts and are not entitled to a refund unless the digital content is faulty.
This does not affect the rights you have if your digital content is faulty.
Limitation on our liability
Except for any legal responsibility that we cannot exclude in law (such as for death or personal injury) or arising under applicable laws relating to the protection of your personal information, we are not legally responsible for any:
i. losses that were not foreseeable to you and us when the contract was formed;
ii. losses that were not caused by any breach on our part;
iii. business losses; or
iv. losses to non-consumers
YOU RECOGNIZE AND CONSENT THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THESE CONDITIONS, AND THAT BY CHOOSING THE "AGREE" BUTTON UNDERNEATH OR ALTERNATIVELY UTILIZING OR ENTERING THE VOID GAMING NETWORK SERVICES, YOU ARE ACCEPTING TO COMPLY WITH THE TERMS OF USE SPECIFIED IN THESE CONDITIONS.
